Inside Taylor Swift’s $17M Rhode Island mansion

Travis Kelce, Blake Lively, Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, and others have been spotted recently at Swift’s mansion.

Taylor Swift purchased an 11,000-square-foot estate in Rhode Island in 2013 for an impressive $17.75 million — which she reportedly paid for in cash.

The property, named High Watch or Holiday House, is situated at the highest point in Watch Hill and offers over 700 feet of private beachfront.

The mansion, featuring eight bedrooms, eight fireplaces, and 10 bathrooms, sits on 5.23 acres and includes a vast back patio with a large pool.

Before Swift acquired the keys to this massive mansion, the home, built in 1929, was famously owned by oil heiress Rebekah Harkness for over 30 years.

Although Swift never had the opportunity to meet the socialite, Harkness still influenced the singer-songwriter, inspiring her to write “The Last Great American Dynasty” about Harkness's extravagant lifestyle.

In fact, Swift appears to have taken inspiration from Harkness — who was known for hosting Gatsby-like parties — by continuing the tradition of making the hilltop estate the place to be every Fourth of July.

While the private pop star, now 34, has not shared many photos of the vacation home herself, several of her celebrity friends have provided glimpses inside the property by posting images from the lavish event — dubbed Taymerica — on their social media over the years.

In 2015, some of her famous friends — including Gigi Hadid, Joe Jonas, and Martha Hunt — shared pictures from the fun-filled weekend on their Instagram accounts.

In August 2024, Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes were spotted hanging out at the New England manse with the Grammy winner for a star-studded pool party.

Bradley Cooper and Hadid, as well as Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds — who were photographed sharing a smooch on the property — also attended the bash, which was likely in celebration of Lively’s 37th birthday.
