Post Malone's latest album, F-1 Trillion, has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart dated Aug. 31, 2024, with 250,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S. during the week ending Aug. 22, according to Luminate. This marks the artist’s third No. 1 album and his first entry on the Top Country Albums chart, where it also leads. The album’s strong performance includes 164,000 streaming equivalent album (SEA) units, 80,000 album sales, and 6,000 track equivalent album (TEA) units.

F-1 Trillion features 18 tracks, 15 of which are collaborations with country stars such as Dolly Parton, Brad Paisley, and Morgan Wallen. A deluxe edition titled the “Long Bed” version was released the same day, adding nine additional tracks. The album's lead single, “I Had Some Help,” featuring Wallen, topped the Billboard Hot 100 for six weeks and dominated multiple other charts, including Hot Country Songs and Streaming Songs.

The album's success is significant as Post Malone becomes the second artist in 2024, following Beyoncé, to top the Top Country Albums chart with a debut country release. Beyoncé previously led the chart with Cowboy Carter, which opened with 407,000 units. The strong performance of F-1 Trillion is further highlighted by its availability in multiple formats, including four vinyl editions, which sold 25,000 copies—marking Post Malone’s best week on vinyl.

Despite its dominance, F-1 Trillion was the only debut in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 this week. Chappell Roan’s The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess remained at No. 2, while Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department fell to No. 3 after 15 nonconsecutive weeks at the top.
