Shaheen Shah and Ansha Afridi blessed with a baby boy!

Pakistan’s star fast bowler, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and his wife, Ansha Afridi, have been blessed with a baby boy, whom they have named Ali Yar.

The Afridi family shared the joyous news on social media, where fans and well-wishers from around the world extended their congratulations.

This occasion marks a special moment for the cricketing family, with former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi celebrating his first experience as a grandfather.

Shaheen, who is currently involved in the Test series against Bangladesh, is scheduled to depart for Karachi tomorrow night following the conclusion of the first Test.

He is expected to rejoin the team in Rawalpindi ahead of the second Test.

Shaheen and Ansha, the second eldest daughter of Shahid Afridi, got engaged in 2021.

Their nikkah took place on February 3, 2023, followed by a week-long celebration and rukhsati in September of the same year.

The grand reception was held at DHA Golf and Country Club, attended by several notable figures from the cricketing world.
