Powers of SBCA DG suspendedfor 10 days

The Sindh High Court has suspended the powers of the Director General SBCA.

The petitioner's counsel submitted that the case related to the ownership of a building is pending in the Civil Court. The SBCA should be restrained from demolishing the building until the ownership is decided. The court stopped SBCA DG Abdul Rasheed Solangi from working. The court remarked that their powers will be suspended for 10 days. The court adjourned the hearing till August 29.
