Global pop icon Dua Lipa is set to make her return to India this November as part of her Asia tour.

The British singer will headline the Zomato Feeding India Concert on November 30, 2024, at the MMRDA Grounds in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).

This upcoming performance marks Lipa’s second appearance in India, following her debut at the OnePlus Music Festival in 2019. Joining her on stage will be pop artist Jonita Gandhi and Punjabi musician Talwiinder.

Tickets for the event will be available for pre-sale to HSBC cardholders starting August 27, with general ticket sales opening on August 29.

Lipa’s performance in Mumbai is part of the Asia leg of her Radical Optimism tour, which supports her latest album of the same name. The tour will kick off in Singapore on November 5 and conclude in Seoul on December 5, featuring her recent hits, including “Houdini.”

Reflecting on her previous visit to India, Lipa said, “My recent trip to India was a beautiful reminder of how much I love this place. The warmth and energy I felt were amazing, and I can’t wait to return in November 2024 to perform for an incredible audience at the Zomato Feeding India Concert.”

The Zomato Feeding India Concert is part of a broader initiative aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger by 2030. The inaugural edition in 2022 was headlined by American rapper Post Malone and drew a crowd of 25,000 fans.

Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal expressed his excitement for the upcoming concert, saying, "For the second edition of Zomato Feeding India Concert we have one of my favorite pop music icons, Dua Lipa, and I couldn’t be more excited! Dua has recently shared her love for India and this concert will help strengthen our country’s resolve to eradicate malnutrition and hunger in India.”

The concert is organized by Zomato Live, following Zomato’s acquisition of Paytm’s events and movies ticketing business for $244.2 million. The ticketing for the event will transition to Zomato’s newly launched District app over the next 12 months.
