Matthew Perry’s former personal assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, confessed that he discovered the “Friends” star “unconscious” multiple times in the weeks preceding his death.

Iwamasa was the one who administered the lethal dose of ketamine that resulted in Perry’s death on Oct. 28 and recently pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death.

According to his plea agreement, which was obtained by Page Six, Iwamasa disclosed that he injected Perry with “significant quantities of ketamine,” amounting to approximately “6-8 shots per day,” in the days leading up to Perry’s death.

The former assistant recounted finding Perry “unconscious at his residence on at least two occasions” in October.

On the day Perry passed away, Iwamasa stated that he injected the actor around 8:30 a.m. and then again around 12:45 p.m.

However, just 40 minutes later, Perry reportedly requested Iwamasa to prepare his jacuzzi and “shoot [him] up with a big one,” referring to another dose of the dissociative anesthetic.

These words turned out to be the actor’s last.

After giving Perry his third shot of ketamine that day, Iwamasa left to run errands, only to return and find the actor face down in his jacuzzi hours later.

Authorities announced last week that Iwamasa, along with Erik Fleming, Dr. Mark Chavez, Dr. Salvador Plasencia, and Jasveen Sangha — known as the “Ketamine Queen” — were all charged in connection to Perry’s death.

Although the “17 Again” star had been legally using ketamine to treat his depression, he began misusing the drug in September 2023.
