Freddie Prinze Jr. is keeping his gaming circle lively with some well-known names. The 48-year-old actor, currently starring in the new movie The Girl in the Pool, recently shared some insights into his video gaming sessions, particularly with fellow actor Macaulay Culkin.

"I play the [video] game BattleTech with Macaulay Culkin," Prinze Jr. revealed in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE. According to Prinze Jr., Culkin isn’t just a formidable player but also a master of witty banter.

"He’s a very good s--- talker," Prinze Jr. said, recalling a particularly amusing comment Culkin made about another player. However, Prinze Jr. decided to keep the details under wraps, saying, "I can’t even say what it was, because that guy will see this and know it was him."

In the same interview, Prinze Jr. opened up about his personal life, sharing a glimpse into his family moments. He humorously described his shopping trips with his 14-year-old daughter Charlotte, saying, "Anytime I take my daughter shopping. I could just walk in the door and give my credit card and say, 'That looks nice.'"

He also touched on his weekly date nights with his wife, Sarah Michelle Gellar, where they recently enjoyed a seafood feast.

Additionally, Prinze Jr. mentioned a new movie project with his longtime friend Rachael Leigh Cook, which he hinted would be a romantic comedy, though unrelated to their previous hit She’s All That.

The Girl in the Pool is currently available On Demand.
