GOP women continue sharing bikini pics, now supporting Trump’s 2024 campaign
Female Republicans are defiantly continuing to post bikini photos on social media, now not only to show support for Anna Paulina Luna but also to back Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign.
I’ve never seen so many people outraged over a picture of a woman in a bikini.
Do you guys just not go to the beach then or do you harass people wearing bathing suits on the beach?

This trend persists despite facing criticism from both liberals and Conservative Christians.

The controversy began after a 2016 video of Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna dancing in a MAGA-themed swimsuit resurfaced, prompting accusations that her attire was inappropriate for a Congresswoman.
My name is Southern.
I am 45 years old.
I voted for Trump in 2016 and in 2020.
I have voted Republican in every General and primary election.
I’m totally paid by Russia & the CCP.
Hope that makes sense! pic.twitter.com/QXwaqaBPCD— Southern FFA Family (@FFAFamily) August 17, 2024
Ginger Gaetz, wife of Rep. Matt Gaetz, further fuelled the trend by sharing bikini photos of prominent female Republicans, including Rep. Lauren Boebert, whose large tattoo drew widespread attention.

Despite being labelled as "christless" by Conservative Christians, who argued that such displays contradict Christian values, these women remain undeterred. In response, these GOP women argue that showcasing their bikini photos is a form of empowerment and unity within the movement.
🚨DON’T ALIENATE HOT MAGA WOMEN❗️
I have no issue with either bikini posers or Christian tradwives - you are all welcome in the movement.
WE ARE FIGHTING FOR UNITY!
Please realize that we have a greater common enemy than gorgeous women in bikinis.

They contend that the focus should be on common goals rather than superficial judgments, using the posts to support both Luna and Trump’s campaign, emphasising their commitment to conservative principles.
