Kesha fans are calling out Pitbull after discovering that her name was removed from the credits of their hit song "Timber." Released in 2012, the track was a major success, amassing over 1.5 billion views and streams on YouTube and Spotify.

Recently, fans noticed that Kesha’s name was missing from the title on YouTube, though it still appears on Spotify and Apple Music. This led to an outpouring of comments on Pitbull’s social media, with fans expressing their frustration. Some argued that removing her name was unfair, pointing out that the song is often recognized as much for Kesha as for Pitbull.

Pitbull addressed the backlash on X, stating that he and Kesha have a great song together and that the issue is being looked into. He reassured fans of his support for Kesha, saying, “Nothing will change this. Team Pitbull is looking into this matter.” Fans appreciated his response and voiced their support for Kesha, urging Pitbull to rectify the situation and prevent similar issues in the future.

Kesha has had her share of industry struggles, including a high-profile legal battle with former producer Dr. Luke over alleged sexual assault. Despite these challenges, she has continued to thrive as an independent artist, recently releasing her song "Joyride" on July 4.

Earlier in her career, Kesha was not credited for her contribution to Flo Rida’s 2008 hit "Right Round," though she was content with just being part of the track. Flo Rida later confirmed that Kesha did receive some form of compensation for her work.
