Dr Disrespect has announced that he will "be back soon" after deleting a tweet where he admitted to messaging a minor on Twitch.
This admission has caused significant backlash, leading several companies, including Midnight Society, to sever ties with him.
The controversy began when Dr Disrespect, whose real name is Herschel "Guy" Beahm IV, confirmed that he was banned from Twitch in 2020 due to these allegations, which were brought to light by two former Twitch employees.
In response to the backlash, Dr Disrespect has remained active on social media, sharing cryptic messages and images that hint at his return. He recently posted an image of himself in his iconic red outfit, seated behind a chessboard, symbolically lashing out at negative comments.

He also updated his X (formerly Twitter) header, which now reveals a crumpled piece of paper beneath the surface of the water, containing the beginning of his deleted tweet.
Vacation is just too good right now.

We'll be back soon though Champs. We have lots to talk about.
Yayaya yayaya yayaya
Twitch star Zack "Asmongold" commented on the situation during a recent livestream, speculating on Dr Disrespect's next move.
"I think Doc is going to try to spin this," Asmongold said. "He might claim it was all a joke, that everyone overreacted, and he’s going to play it off as some sort of elaborate prank. It would be a bold move, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he tried it."
Asmongold further noted, "Doc has always been a master at controlling the narrative, and this could be his way of turning the situation around."
