'One person, one tree' drive begins

Senior Provincial Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb marked Independence Day by launching a monsoon plantation campaign titled 'One person, one tree'.

She commenced the initiative by planting a local citrus tree and prayed for the success and prosperity of the country.

The senior minister urged the citizens to celebrate the Independence Day by planting a tree each, highlighting that over three million trees were being planted across Punjab to mark the day.
