Charli XCX recently responded to an Instagram video that speculated on the plastic surgery she may have had. The video was posted by cosmetic injector Molly Bailey, who is known on Instagram as @baileysbotox. In her "What Have They Had?" series, Bailey compared photos of the British singer from 2013 and more recent ones, suggesting that Charli may have undergone procedures such as an eyebrow lift, lip filler, Botox, and possibly a rhinoplasty earlier in life.

Charli XCX, who turned 32 earlier this month, commented on the post with a playful tone, writing, "Omg I'm obsessed w this s---." Bailey's post, which was made on August 1, featured detailed speculation about the changes in Charli's appearance. "What seems to be the most noticeable change is her lifted brows and extra upper eyelid space," Bailey noted in the caption. She suggested that this could be the result of an endoscopic ponytail lift, upper blepharoplasty, or brow threads combined with a tox brow lift, adding, "It gives her the cat-eye effect that’s so Julia."

Bailey also mentioned that Charli's "surgical work appears limited overall," with the possible exception of a rhinoplasty earlier in her life, and that "the brat aesthetic wouldn’t be complete without a little lip filler for shape and hydration."

In a follow-up post on August 11, Bailey acknowledged Charli's response, writing, "The brat queen has spoken πŸ™Œ," and praised Charli for breaking the stigma around cosmetic treatments, stating that the "Brat girl aesthetic is doing whatever it is that makes you happy and confident and not caring what anyone else thinks."

Charli XCX had previously hinted at having Botox in a January 2023 TikTok video, where she joked about needing more Botox before accepting any awards.
