Police called to YG and Saweetie’s home after heated argument

YG and Saweetie recently had a run-in with the police after a heated argument at their Los Angeles-area home.

Sources tell TMZ that on Saturday afternoon, the couple’s loud dispute prompted a call to the police from a concerned neighbor. 

Deputies arrived and separated YG and Saweetie, who were reportedly arguing over a cell phone issue.

After speaking with both individuals, the officers determined that the incident was purely verbal, with no physical altercations. 

YG and Saweetie were unharmed, and the officers ensured they calmed down before leaving. A non-criminal report was filed to document the event, but no charges were made.

Their relationship has been tumultuous, beginning with romantic links in April 2023 at Coachella. They confirmed their romance a month later with a PDA-filled trip to Mexico. 

Reports of a cooling relationship emerged in January, though the couple did not confirm this. 

By April, YG and Saweetie seemed to be back on track, with Saweetie referring to YG as "my Pisces" in a photo.
