Arshad Nadeem attributes Olympic gold to PM's initiative

National hero and Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem, upon his return to the country, expressed deep gratitude to Allah for his success and thanked the entire nation for their unwavering support during his journey.

Speaking to the media at the airport, the Olympic champion acknowledged that the prayers of his parents and the nation played a crucial role in his victory, enabling him, by the grace of Allah, to secure the gold medal.

Reflecting on his achievement, Arshad noted that the road to success was long and arduous, marked by relentless day-and-night efforts to attain this prestigious medal.

He extended his thanks to the government for providing the necessary facilities and also appreciated the support from the Punjab Sports Board, highlighting his exceptional performance in the Diamond League.

Arshad further credited the Prime Minister's initiatives for his success, expressing gratitude for the media coverage as well. The gold medalist further shared his joy over winning the Olympic gold medal and emphasized his commitment to rigorous preparation for future events.
