Sadie Sink, renowned for her role in "Stranger Things," has shared a personal revelation about Taylor Swift's "All Too Well."

While working on the final season of the popular series, Sink has decided to remove the song from her “wind down song” rotation. “It holds this incredibly nostalgic feeling for me now that I feel physically in my body,” she says, wrapping her arms around herself. “It’s too intense.”

Sink's connection to "All Too Well" goes beyond its musical appeal. Her role in the short film adaptation of the song allowed her to delve deeply into emotions and experiences unfamiliar to her.

“I had never been in love,” Sink admits. “I had never been through a breakup that intense. It was all foreign territory for me.” Yet, the role led to profound personal insights.

The emotional weight of "All Too Well" became increasingly significant for Sink. “I think I’m definitely numb to a lot of things now,” she reflects. The song’s impact was such that Sink found it too intense to continue listening to regularly.

“It holds this incredibly nostalgic feeling for me now that I feel physically in my body,” she explains.

Sink’s shift in emotional response underscores her growth as both an actor and an individual. As she navigates the final season of "Stranger Things," her experience with "All Too Well" has contributed to a deeper understanding of her own emotional landscape.

“It’s too intense,” she concludes, highlighting the profound effect the song has had on her.
