Two killed in traffic collision

At least two passengers died and 12 others were injured after a coach overturned on a motorway near the Jhangra Interchange near Bahawalpur. Local police and Rescue 1122 officials said the passenger coach was on way from Islamabad to Sadiqabad when it collided with a truck on the motorway in Ahmadpur East tehsil.

"As a result of the accident, two passengers died on the spot and 12 others suffered injuries," they said. The injured and bodies were shifted to the Ahmadpur East Tehsil Headquarters Hospital.
