'Umbrella Academy' cast reflects on final season and pitches spinoff ideas at premiere

The cast of Netflix's hit series "Umbrella Academy" reunited in Los Angeles for the premiere of the show's fourth and final season. Stars Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Justin H. Min, and Ritu Arya reflected on their time with the series and expressed their excitement for the fans to experience the conclusion.   

Raver-Lampman assured fans that the final season delivers a satisfying ending that the show deserves, while Castañeda promised a clean-cut ending without a cliffhanger. The cast members also shared their thoughts on closing this chapter in their careers, with Page emphasizing the importance of appreciating the precious time they had with their characters.
 


Min echoed Page's sentiments, calling the ending bittersweet, as the cast and crew have become a family over the past six years.

In a lighthearted moment, the cast pitched potential spinoff ideas, including a Hargreeves prequel, a Gene and Jean origin story, a Handler series focused on her extravagant costumes, or even a Hazel spinoff.
