RAWALPINDI:

Authorities have taken swift and strict action in response to a disturbing incident where a disabled young man was brutally tortured after being tied to an electric pole in the limits of the Race Course police station. The perpetrators, including traffic warden Shoaib and other unidentified individuals, inflicted this heinous act on the victim.

Eyewitnesses, including passers-by and local citizens, reported that the disabled victim was not at fault. He was engrossed in his work when the accused individuals began to taunt him, attempting to instil fear. After a prolonged period of harassment, the victim responded with harsh words, which enraged the accused and his friend, the traffic warden.
