Joe Rogan is reportedly suing MSNBC for $30 million, alleging that the network deceptively edited an episode of his podcast to falsely imply he endorsed Kamala Harris for the upcoming U.S. presidential election.

In episode #2182 of his podcast, Rogan was actually critical of Harris. The video posted by MSNBC, however, spliced together different parts of the episode to suggest otherwise.

Tulsi Gabbard, a former U.S. representative and political commentator, has also weighed in, accusing MSNBC of misrepresenting the podcast. She claims that Rogan was discussing her, not Harris, in certain sections, and called the report "completely fake." Gabbard, known for her independent political stance, has previously been a vocal critic of media misrepresentation.

Rogan, a well-known UFC commentator and podcaster, has consistently expressed scepticism about Harris's presidential prospects, stating that "nobody wants" her as president.

As of now, Rogan has not publicly commented on the lawsuit rumours.
