In 2019, autograph dealers Moments In Time listed an old notebook belonging to Lil Wayne for $250K.

The notebook, reportedly containing lyrics to songs like "I Feel” and “We On Fire,” was likely written during Wayne's teenage years.

It was discovered in an old car previously owned by Cash Money Records and stored in a garage by the finder.

During Hurricane Katrina, the notebook was nearly destroyed but miraculously survived with minimal damage.

The owner decided to sell it, but Lil Wayne's attorneys intervened, sending a letter demanding its return.

The seller refused, claiming he had a "crystal clear title" to the notebook.

After a legal battle, the court ruled in favor of the seller.

Now, the same notebook is back on the market with a price tag of $5 million.

According to TMZ, Moments In Time justified the price increase by noting that Lil Wayne is the GOAT, making his handwritten lyrics from the '90s extremely valuable.

While it's tough to argue against that, it's unclear how the artist feels about someone else profiting from his original work.
