Snoop Dogg overcomes fear of horses with Martha Stewart at Olympic dressage
Snoop Dogg’s popularity continues to soar during the 2024 Summer Games in Paris, France.
Over the weekend, the iconic hip-hop artist was at the center of another memorable moment when he attended the dressage competition in costume with his longtime friend Martha Stewart, despite his admitted fear of horses.
Earlier in the week, Snoop expressed his interest in the event, saying, “I am interested in the horses that dance and I want to give them some carrots and apples … make sure they’re fed before they do their thang.”
Stewart, who discussed the dressage idea with Snoop, acknowledged his fear.
“Snoop called me and said he knows I know horses, and he’s a little fearful of horses,” she said to NBC on Friday.
While Snoop agreed to participate, he remained nervous.
“I’m still scared of horses,” he confessed.
When Stewart asked if he had ever ridden a horse, Snoop replied, “No, I’m scared.”
Determined to make the experience enjoyable, Stewart stated, “I have to keep him away from the horses.
No feeding, no sugar, nothing. But we’re gonna have so much fun.”
