Simone Biles claps back at Donald Trump's 'Black jobs' comment

Simone Biles, the American gymnast renowned for her record-breaking Olympic achievements, took a moment to call out Donald Trump on social media following his controversial comments at a gathering of Black journalists earlier this week.
Early on Friday, Biles tweeted: “I love my Black job” with a black heart emoji, responding to a post of her proudly displaying her latest Olympic gold medal.
Singer Ricky Davila joined in, tweeting: “Simone Biles being the GOAT, winning Gold medals and dominating gymnastics is her black job,” highlighting Biles' achievements as a perfect rebuttal to Trump’s comments.

This exchange was a pointed response to the former president, who is once again the Republican party’s nominee for president.
During an interview at the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) convention on Wednesday, Trump claimed that migrants were “taking Black jobs” in the US. When asked to define a “Black job,” he vaguely replied, “anybody that has a job.”
His remarks, which included several gaffes and insults, left attendees at the Chicago convention and millions watching on TV shocked and outraged.
Trump even questioned the identity of US Vice President and Democratic presumptive presidential nominee Kamala Harris as a Black woman, drawing gasps and derisive laughter from the audience.
Kamala Harris later condemned the remarks as divisive, stating, “America deserves better.” This wasn’t the first time Trump made such comments; during a presidential debate with Joe Biden, he said migrants were “taking Black jobs and they’re taking Hispanic jobs.”
In response, Joe Biden addressed the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), saying, “I know what a Black job is: it’s the vice-president of the United States,” referring to Kamala Harris.
