Kelis is preparing to mark her 45th birthday, and she’s looking radiant.

In a recent video, she captioned, “I am turning 45 this month, let’s talk wellness..” 

“I been working out and look at these gains I been mixing a scoop of my bounty farms protein using my bounty farms sweetener since I’ve cut off sugars, and I feel amazing.”

“Skin food and hair food to maintain a healthy scalp and fight wrinkles ladies join me in this journey.”

One fan exclaimed, “45?! I see the gains and I’ve gained so much more admiration and appreciation for you and your journey. Keep shining..”

“I love you.. You are such a beautiful and inspirational woman … by the way, you make that jumpsuit look (fire)..”

Kelis appears to have been focusing on travel, cooking, and her health recently. She recently shared details about her trip to Tanzania.

Reflecting on her experience, she says, “Tanzania has some of the most stunning beaches in the world, the Serengeti, Mount Kilimanjaro and mount Meru, but I wasn’t expecting the lush green forest with creeks and waterfalls too. What a special place!” She notes this in the pinned video on her Instagram page.

In a separate post, she shares, “LIONS Elephants Cheetahs wow, the Ngorongoro Crater is an unbelievable place, the variety of fauna and flora found in this super compact area attracts a huge concentration of wild life. #africa is such a #beautiful continent..”
