Ice Spice sparked Ozempic rumors after displaying her slimmer figure on Instagram.

The "Barbie World" rapper recently shared several photos, showcasing herself in a silver chrome Louis Vuitton monokini with a matching pleated mini skirt before her album release party and in a green strapless dress on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."

In the Instagram carousel, the 24-year-old Ice included a mirror selfie where she posed sideways in an all-black hoodie and leggings, revealing that the four-time Grammy-nominated rapper’s waist appeared noticeably smaller.

“i’m a baddie like f–k how u feel,” she captioned the post.

Fans flocked to her Instagram comments to express their thoughts on her significant weight loss, with some attributing it to Hollywood's popular weight loss drug, Ozempic.

“Stop using ozempic,” wrote one user.

“girl … you are disappearing … where all your weight went,” asked a second person.

“Somebody said the ICE IS MELTING 😩,” quipped a third.

“Ok ozempic 😍,” commented a fourth user.

When another fan said Ice — born Isis Gaston — was “sooo skinny,” another user replied, “its ozempic.”

Several celebrities, including Macy Gray, Oprah Winfrey, Alabama Barker, Kelly Clarkson, and Tracy Morgan, have admitted to using the Type II diabetes drug or similar medications to achieve their ideal figures.

While Ice has not publicly commented on her weight loss, she has shared photos of herself working out and eating healthier in preparation for her “Y2K!” world tour, which began in Denmark on July 4.

Last month, she shared a photo of her breakfast, featuring sausage, eggs, mushrooms, olives, and cherry tomatoes. On Wednesday, the "In Ha Mood" rapper enjoyed a meal of spinach, eggs with cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
