Woman tortures, murders ex-husband
Police have arrested a woman who allegedly killed her ex-husband after torturing him within the limits of Sarai Saleh police station.
According to the police, the deceased, Aun Ali Shah, divorced his wife Bushra Bibi, leaving her heartbroken. After their divorce, Bushra Bibi married Jawad Khan, a resident of Sheikh Albandi, Abbottabad. However, she planned to kill her ex-husband for divorcing her.
When the police checked Bushra’s call records, they found she was in contact with Bilal Khan, a resident of Rehana currently living in Sarai Saleh. Bilal Khan was brought in for interrogation.
During the interrogation, Bilal revealed that Bushra, her current husband Jawad, and his brother Saad Khan planned to kill Aun Ali Shah. Bushra convinced Bilal to bring the deceased to Haripur. On February 12, Bilal Khan rented a car and, along with Bushra, met Aun Ali Shah in Wah Cantt. They brought him back to Bilal Khan’s house in Sarai Saleh, where Saad Khan was already present.
The accused tied the victim’s hands on the house’s lower floor, tortured him, and took away his mobile phone and other belongings. Afterwards, they shot and killed him. They filmed the crime and uploaded the footage to social media. Throughout the crime, Bushra’s husband, Jawad Khan, was in contact with the accused via WhatsApp.
The accused disposed of the body by wrapping it in plastic and throwing it in Chapra Soka. The police recovered the body and seized the car (number LRL-348) used in the incident.
