Unbeaten Pakistan sweep Kuwait 3-0 in Asian U-18 Volleyball Championship
Pakistan’s U-18 volleyball team continues their impressive run in the Asian U-18 Volleyball Championship, securing a decisive 3-0 victory against Kuwait in their third match of the tournament in Bahrain. The match took place earlier today, with Pakistan showcasing their dominance throughout.
The Green Shirts triumphed with set scores of 25-19, 25-11, and 25-19, maintaining their unbeaten streak in the tournament. This latest victory follows their earlier wins against South Korea (3-2) and India (3-0), placing Pakistan at the top of Group D.
“The team is determined to continue their winning streak and bring further glory to the nation,” said the PVF in a statement. The victory over India was particularly significant, showcasing the team's outstanding skill and determination.
Key players Ajmal Junaid, Abubaker, Muhammad Yahya, and Muhammad Anas were instrumental in securing the win, demonstrating exceptional play and coordination. This triumph not only boosted team morale but also brought immense joy to volleyball fans across Pakistan.
The 15th Asian U18 Volleyball Championship, which began on July 28, will run until August 4. With their strong performance so far, Pakistan is poised to make a deep run in the tournament.

Under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the event is being held at the Bahrain Volleyball Association and Bahrain Table Tennis Association halls located in Isa bin Rashid Sports City, Riffa.
