aespa’s Karina absent from Osaka concert citing health concerns

On July 28 KST, aespa's agency SM Entertainment announced via the group's official account, "Following a doctor's diagnosis after rehearsals, Karina will not be able to perform in today's concert in Osaka due to health reasons."

They continued, "We deeply apologize to those who have supported Karina and were looking forward to the performance. We ask for your understanding and patience. Today's performance will proceed with Winter, Giselle, and Ningning."

Aespa is hosting their 'SYNK: PARALLEL LINE' concert at the Asue Arena in Osaka on July 27 and 28. The tour will proceed to Fukuoka on July 30 and 31.

Meanwhile, aespa's latest track "Supernova" has held the number one position on major domestic music platforms MelOn and Genie's weekly charts for nine consecutive weeks.

This achievement extends its record as the longest-running #1 song released this year, showcasing its unparalleled popularity both within the country and globally.
