Forensic test on the call confirms voices belonged to TTP militants

Legal action has been initiated against Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) militants Noor Wali Mehsud and Ahmad Hussain alias Ghat Haji following a recently surfaced phone call in which Mehsud instructs Ghat Haji to attack public properties and schools.

Acting on Mehsud's instructions, a girls' school in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan district was destroyed using an IED. Additionally, Mirajan, an elderly teacher from the Tank area associated with the education sector, was killed in a targeted attack.

The government has commenced legal proceedings based on the aforementioned call. Law enforcement agencies conducted a forensic test on the call, which confirmed that the voices belonged to Noor Wali Mehsud and Ahmad Hussain alias Ghat Haji.

The government has vowed that elements involved in terrorism will not be forgiven under any circumstances.

"No one will be allowed to hide behind the guise of so-called Sharia and commit heinous acts and spill innocent blood."
