Stars gathered along the iconic Seine river in Paris for the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympics.

On July 26, the Summer Games began in spectacular style despite a downpour, with barges carrying each country's athletes floating down the Seine, accompanied by performances from artists such as Lady Gaga and Celine Dion. Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, Kelly Clarkson, and other A-listers walked along a pathway beneath the Eiffel Tower before the ceremony.
