Vivian Jenna Wilson, Elon Musk's 20-year-old transgender daughter, has challenged her father's recent remarks about her.

In an interview with NBC News on July 25, Wilson, who legally changed her name and gender in 2022, rejected Musk's claims that he was "tricked" into supporting her medical transition.

Musk made these comments during a July 22 interview with Dr. Jordan Peterson on his platform X. Wilson described Musk's allegations as "lies," asserting that she would not let such statements go unaddressed. She recounted that Musk was rarely present during her upbringing despite having joint custody, stating that he was "maybe 10% of the time" around.

Wilson also rejected Musk’s description of her as “gay and slightly autistic,” stating that his portrayal of her childhood was “entirely fake.”

She emphasised that Musk’s recollection was inaccurate, as he was not involved in her life during crucial moments. Wilson's comments have sparked a wider conversation about their strained relationship and Musk's views on gender and identity.
