WNBA star Angel Reese joins Tyla and Anna Wintour at star-studded LV Olympic prelude in Paris
Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese represented the WNBA in style at Louis Vuitton's "Prelude To The Olympics" celebration in Paris on Thursday.
As the 2024 Summer Olympics approach, the event at the Fondation Louis Vuitton gathered a blend of athletes, celebrities, and fashion icons.
Reese was seen mingling with notable figures like Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and popstar Tyla.
Reese turned heads in a white button-down minidress from the luxury French fashion house, paired with a $2,370 Louis Vuitton Loop handbag and a $695 Monogram Confidential Square Scarf.
She completed her chic look with matching white pumps.
Known for her fashion sense even before joining the WNBA, Reese previously wowed on the draft night in a Bronx and Banco Amalia gown and at the MET Gala in a turquoise sequin gown by 16Arlington.
On the court, Reese has been making history, setting a new WNBA record for consecutive double-doubles with 15 straight, averaging 14.3 points, 13.3 rebounds, and shooting 42% from the field during this streak.
In an episode of the WNBA podcast "In Case You Missed It with Khristina Williams," Reese expressed her confidence, saying, "I mean, obviously I don't feel like a rookie. I've been named with some amazing players and some greats, so I try to give myself some grace that I am still a rookie, but I'm also still named with some of the best of the best that have played the game."
Reese is in a close race for the top rookie title with fellow superstar Caitlin Clark from the Indiana Fever.
This season, Reese is averaging 13.5 points, 12.0 rebounds, and 1.8 assists and was named an All-Star alongside Clark.
