Jake and Logan Paul, known for their social media presence and boxing careers, have shown interest in purchasing the hat worn by Donald Trump during a recent assassination attempt in Pennsylvania. The brothers discussed their plans on a recent episode of their 'Impaulsive' podcast. Logan Paul initiated the bidding at $2 million, to which Jake responded by raising the offer to $3 million, eventually stating he'd be willing to pay up to $12 million for the hat.
According to Cllct, the highest auction price for a baseball hat is $590,994, a record set in 2017 for a Brooklyn Dodgers hat lined with a metal plate, given to Jackie Robinson for protection. However, it remains unclear whether Trump or his campaign intends to auction the hat at all.
Since the assassination attempt, merchandise featuring Trump has surged, including limited edition sneakers priced at $299 per pair, showing the former president raising his fist after surviving the bullet from the would-be assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks. These sneakers, which feature an image of Trump covered in his own blood with the words "Fight Fight Fight," are available on GetTrumpSneakers.com, with only 5,000 pairs produced.
