Travis Scott announces South American and Australian legs of Circus Maximus tour

Currently, Scott is performing across Europe, with upcoming dates in Italy, Germany, Spain, and more.

Travis Scott is set to continue his global takeover with the Circus Maximus Tour, announcing the South American and Australian legs on Monday (July 22). 

The Houston rapper shared his excitement on Instagram, stating, "SOUTH AMERICA AND AUSTRALIA WHAT ARE WE DOING. IVE BEEEN WANTED TO BRING A ACTUAL TOUR THERE FOREVER. NOW LETS GET IT."

The South American leg will kick off on Sept. 7 in Chile, with additional stops in Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia, along with performances in Mexico and Puerto Rico. Scott will make a brief return to the U.S. for a one-night show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Oct. 9.

“NEW YORK I WANTED TO DO THIS VENUE DURING THE FIRST LEG. BUT FOOTBALL SEASON HAD IT TIED UP,” he added in another Instagram post. 

“I HAD TO MAKE SURE WE SPIN THE BLOCK. NEW YORK HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE PLACE FOR ME WHEN I PERFORM IT LETS ME KNOW THE REAL METRIC OF THE RAGE. CANT WAITTTTTT FOR ONE NIGHT IN NEW YORK.”

Following his U.S. performance, Scott will head to Australia for three shows across the continent, concluding the tour on Oct. 31 with a final performance in New Zealand.

Pre-sale tickets for the Latin American dates will be available starting July 24, with general admission tickets on sale from July 25. MetLife Stadium pre-sale tickets will be available on Ticketmaster from July 24 at 10 a.m. ET, with general admission tickets on sale from July 26.

Fans in Australia and New Zealand can access pre-sale tickets starting July 29, with general public sales beginning on Aug. 2.

Currently, Scott is performing across Europe as part of the Circus Maximus Tour, with upcoming dates in Italy, Germany, Spain, and more. 

According to Live Nation, the first 11 dates of the U.K./European leg have grossed nearly $27 million with 270,000 attendees.

Scott's latest album, Utopia, was released on July 28, 2023, debuting at the top of the Billboard 200 with 496,000 album units sold in the first week. 

His North American tour to close out 2023 included 44 sold-out stops, further cementing his status as one of the top live performers in the music industry.
