JoJo Siwa reveals unique plan for motherhood
JoJo Siwa has detailed her unconventional plan to become a mother to triplets through the use of three different surrogates. In a recent video for Cosmopolitan’s “If It Were Me” series, the 21-year-old star explained, “Because I’m gay as s–t and I have to plan a pregnancy much different than a straight person, I actually want to take three eggs, fertilize three eggs, and have three surrogates.”
Siwa elaborated, “So technically, they’ll all be the same batch, but they would all be born separately. I’m gonna have my surrogates, my babies, then maybe their birthdays will land on different days, and they can be like triplets, but like, not.”
The former “Dance Moms” star has been vocal about her desire to become a mother. In a March interview with E! News, she revealed, “I got my three kids’ names picked out — Freddie, Eddie, and Teddie. Got a sperm donor lined up and all! We’re ready! Just gotta be patient.” Siwa hinted that she envisions herself becoming a mom in “a couple of years.”
Although Siwa is not currently known to be in a relationship, she teased her dating life in a conversation with People in March, saying, “Actually, I’m sure you wouldn’t like to know, but I’m sure you would like to know.” She also described her love life as “messy.”
Siwa has publicly dated two women since coming out as gay in 2021: Avery Cyrus and Kylie Prew. In December 2022, she accused Cyrus of using her for “views” and “clout.”
In addition to her motherhood plans, Siwa is continuing her “bad girl” transformation. Despite facing criticism for comparing herself to Miley Cyrus, she defended her stance at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards, telling E! News, “People are afraid of things they don’t know. Things can be scary for people. New things can be very, very scary.”
During a Pride performance in June, Siwa responded to critics by saying, “Tell the haters to lick my nuts!”
