Tom Cruise couldn't contain his excitement while watching the European premiere of Twisters, according to actor Anthony Ramos.

Ramos shared insights from the premiere event held at Cineworld Leicester Square in London on July 8, where Cruise showed enthusiastic support for his Top Gun: Maverick co-star Glen Powell. Powell headlines the tornado-themed disaster film alongside Daisy Edgar-Jones and Ramos himself.

During the Los Angeles premiere of Twisters on July 11, Ramos disclosed that Cruise was thoroughly engrossed during the screening. "Glen was sitting behind me, my brother was next to me, and Tom was behind my brother. Tom just kept hitting me the whole entire movie," Ramos recounted. "After the third time I turned back around, like, 'Yo, Tom Cruise is bugging out right now!' He keeps hitting me."

Ramos further elaborated on Cruise's animated response, noting that Cruise expressed his excitement by laughing out loud and engaging enthusiastically with various moments in the film. "He wasn't afraid to express himself. I was super grateful about that," Ramos remarked.

Following the screening, Ramos shared a warm moment with Cruise. "We hugged it out," Ramos revealed. "He's like, 'Yo, bro, good man, good stuff.' So shout out to Tom Cruise, man. It was really cool."

Cruise later took to Instagram to share snapshots from the event, showcasing his enjoyment of the movie night with friends. "Fun night with friends, watching a movie!!" Cruise captioned the post, which included a video featuring Ramos alongside Cruise and Powell.

Reflecting on his experience with Twisters, Ramos expressed gratitude for the collaboration with director Lee Isaac Chung and the entire cast. "That whole crew was some of the best, the best group of people I've ever worked with in my life," Ramos praised. "It's always a blessing when you can work with amazing human beings and people who are super talented at the same time."

Twisters is set to hit theaters on July 19, promising an exhilarating journey into the heart of storm-chasing adventure.
