Ashlyn Harris opens up about divorce from Ali Krieger and new romance with Sophia Bush

Harris described her divorce as “one of the hardest seasons” of her life.

Ashlyn Harris has recently addressed her ongoing divorce from Ali Krieger and her new relationship with Sophia Bush. 

In an interview with Women’s Health, Harris, 38, described the period as "one of the hardest seasons" of her life. 

She reflected on her struggle, stating, “I’m navigating a divorce that’s been really hard,” and emphasized the importance of focusing on what she can control. Harris, who shares two children with Krieger, is determined to shield them from the difficulties she is facing.

Harris and Krieger, who first met in 2010 and married in 2019, filed for divorce in September 2023 and December 2023, respectively. 

Harris spoke out in November 2023 about the online abuse she encountered following their separation. She criticized the cruel comments directed at her, her children, and her role as a mother.

In addition to discussing her personal struggles, Harris has also publicly acknowledged her relationship with Bush, 42. Bush confirmed their romance in April after coming out as queer in an essay for Glamour. 

She expressed her acceptance of her sexuality, stating, “I think the word that best defines it is queer.”
