Taylor Swift shows playful side and shouts out Travis Kelce at German Eras Tour Show
Taylor Swift brought her Eras Tour to Gelsenkirchen, Germany, for a second sold-out show, captivating the crowd with her performance and playful antics. During the song "Midnight Rain," the singer broke character with a cheeky tongue-out and double peace sign, delighting fans with her spontaneous humor.
Swift's boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, was also present for the second night in a row. In a sweet gesture, Swift acknowledged his presence during "Karma," singing "Karma is the guy on the Chiefs / coming straight home to me." This marks Kelce's last chance to catch Swift's show before returning to Missouri for training camp.
The city of Gelsenkirchen, temporarily renamed "Swiftkirchen" in honor of the singer, went above and beyond to welcome her, even dedicating a stone on the Gelsenkirchen Walk of Fame to the pop star. However, fans will have to act fast to see the colorful tile, as it will be replaced after Swift moves on to her next tour stop.
After her third and final show in Gelsenkirchen, Swift will continue her German tour in Hamburg and Munich before concluding the European leg with five nights at Wembley Stadium in London.
