Priscilla Presley, the ex-wife of Elvis Presley, is seeking $1 million in damages from her former business partner, Brigitte Kruse, alleging financial abuse as per reported by TMZ. In a lawsuit filed on July 18, Presley claims Kruse isolated her, gained control of her finances, and defrauded her through various business ventures. The lawsuit also names other individuals and entities allegedly involved in the scheme.

Presley alleges Kruse manipulated her into giving her power of attorney and convinced her to create companies where Kruse and her associates received a majority share of Presley's income. The lawsuit claims Kruse misappropriated funds from the biopic "Priscilla" and a cosmetics company, and even withdrew money from the bank account of Presley's son without authorization.

Kruse's legal team denies the allegations, stating they have not been served with a copy of the lawsuit. This is not the first legal dispute between the two parties. In 2023, Kruse sued Presley for an alleged breach of contract related to their joint venture, Priscilla Presley Partners.

Presley is seeking to have the agreements with the alleged "sham companies" rescinded, to block the defendants from accessing her financial accounts, and to hold them accountable for their alleged wrongful actions.
