The Balochistan police has launched its much-awaited website to enable the public to lodge complaints online, marking a milestone in the province’s efforts to improve transparency and efficiency in addressing public grievances.

The event was attended by key provincial figures including Balochistan ministers Mir Shoaib Nowsherwani and Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani, IGP Abdul Khaliq Sheikh, and DIG Operations Aetizaz Ahmed Goraya.

Nowsherwani, while speaking at the event, emphasized the importance of technological advancements in public service.

“This website is a major step forward in our mission to make the Balochistan police more accessible and responsive to the needs of the public. It allows citizens to lodge complaints easily and ensures that their voices are heard,” he said.

Durrani highlighted the government’s commitment to leveraging technology for better governance. “The launch of this website is a testament to our dedication to using digital tools to enhance public services. We are confident that this initiative will lead to more efficient handling of complaints and better service delivery.”

IGP expressed his optimism about the website’s impact on policing in the region. “The introduction of this online platform is a significant achievement for the police. It will streamline the process of lodging complaints and ensure a more systematic follow-up. Our aim is to build trust between the police and the public through such initiatives.”
