Katie Maloney slams Tom Sandoval for suing Ariana Madix
“Vanderpump Rules” star Katie Maloney was blunt in her reaction to Tom Sandoval suing his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix for “obtain[ing] access” explicit videos of Rachel “Raquel” Leviss on his phone without “authorization or permission.”
“Authorized permission.. interesting choice of words pal,” Maloney commented on @_surrules’ Instagram page. “Anyways, you f–king suck dude.”
Maloney, 37, told another commenter that Sandoval, who had a months-long affair with Leviss behind Madix’s back, "did share his phones [sic] pass code with his partner at the time.”
She added, “Mans [sic] confused about how that bit works I guess.”
Last March, Madix, 39, discovered her then-boyfriend’s affair with Leviss, 29, after finding an “intimate” FaceTime video of her on his phone, which Leviss later claimed he recorded without her “consent.”
Sandoval alleged in his lawsuit that Madix made “copies” of the footage and “distributed” them to “Leviss and third parties.”
The new “Love Island USA” host denied sending the footage to anyone other than Leviss on the night she discovered it.
Her attorney told Page Six that Sandoval, 42, “knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices.”
Meanwhile, Sandoval’s lawyer stated that filing the “cross complaint” against Madix was a “customary legal action” following the “revenge porn” lawsuit Leviss filed against both of them in February.
Leviss claimed in her lawsuit that Madix messaged her “two screen-recorded videos and a text that said, ‘You’re dead to me,'” which left her “terrified” that her former co-star would “leak” the footage online.
Sandoval and Madix both filed countersuits against Leviss in April.
Fans online are agreeing with Maloney, and many have brought up Sandoval’s Season 11 reunion comments condemning Leviss for suing Madix.
