Chappell Roan, 26, recently shared her excitement over being invited to a party hosted by Miley Cyrus, revealing that Cyrus unknowingly played a significant role in her musical journey as her first concert experience.

Speaking on Drew Afualo's The Comment Section podcast, the "Red Wine Supernova" singer expressed gratitude for the opportunities her rising fame has brought, including backstage access she never imagined possible.

Roan reminisced about attending Cyrus' concert during the Hannah Montana era, where she witnessed firsthand the emotional impact of fan culture among young attendees.

Roan also disclosed her admiration for Hannah Montana's dual persona, wishing she could have adopted a similar disguise in her own career.

Reflecting on her musical influences, Roan emphasized how Cyrus and the fictional Hannah Montana character influenced her musical style, describing them as inspirations in her sonic journey.

In an earlier interview with Vulture, Roan had expressed her affinity for pop music icons like Cyrus and discussed her evolving perspective on different music genres.
