Kim and Khloé Kardashian served food at an ISKCON temple in India with Jay Shetty

Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian visited an ISKCON temple in Mumbai, India, to serve food with life coach Jay Shetty and his wife, Radhi Devlukia. The visit occurred during their trip for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding. The sisters documented their experience on social media, with Kim, 43, sharing photos on Instagram. "Thank you @jayshetty and @radhidevlukia for this beautiful experience at the temple and having the opportunity to visit these small souls ✨ I’m forever grateful," she wrote.

Kim, dressed in an orange and pink shawl over a long orange skirt, was seen participating in the ceremony and serving food to children. The post included images of the ceremony, the sisters serving food, and greeting a monk. According to the Times of India, the group performed sevā, an act of selfless service, at the temple. The ISKCON temple’s mission is to "acquaint all people of [the] world with universal principles of self-realization and God consciousness."

Khloé, 40, also shared behind-the-scenes photos on her Instagram Stories, expressing gratitude to Shetty and his wife. She wrote, "Major shout-out of appreciation to @jayshetty and his beautiful wife @radhidevlukia for being so generous with their time while in India. They took us to the most magical temple. So blessed to have the experience with such beautiful souls."

This visit also brought attention to a resurfaced clip of Kim Kardashian from a past episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," where she called Indian food "disgusting." The clip had gone viral again, leading to discussions about cultural sensitivity. 

Jay Shetty, who has a deep connection with the temple, spoke about his experiences there in a 2020 interview with The Times. He mentioned attending a talk by leader Gauranga Das and living at his ashram in India for an extended period.

The Kardashian sisters also attended the lavish wedding celebrations of Ambani and Merchant, sharing photos from the event on social media. Khloé posted, "Kim and Khloé take India 🧡. I can’t believe I get to have this experience with my sister!!! The best memories with my bestie 🧡."
