Halle Berry quits Ryan Murphy’s Hulu legal drama starring Kim Kardashian

Halle Berry, who has won Oscars and Emmys, is no longer involved in All’s Fair, a new legal series for Hulu created by Ryan Murphy and Kim Kardashian, as confirmed by Deadline.

This development follows Hulu's recent announcement that Berry and Glenn Close had been cast as lead roles alongside Kardashian and would also serve as executive producers with Murphy. Hulu and 20th Television, the series' production company, declined to comment on the matter.

All’s Fair, written and executive produced by Jon Robin Baitz and Joe Baken, is centered around an all-female law firm.

The series is being produced by 20th Television, part of Disney TV Studios, in association with Ryan Murphy Television, with executive producers including Baitz, Baken, Jamie Pachino, Laura Greene, Richard Levine, Murphy, Kardashian, and Close through her Trillium Productions. 

Kris Jenner, Alexis Martin Woodall, Eric Kovtun, and Scott Robertson are also executive producers. Murphy is slated to direct as well.

Halle Berry's next project is Netflix's action thriller The Union, where she stars alongside Mark Wahlberg, set to premiere on August 16. Variety first reported Berry's departure from All’s Fair.
