Extravagant $600 Million wedding: Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant say 'I do' in Mumbai

In a spectacular display of opulence, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, often referred to as the "Windsors of India," exchanged vows in Mumbai in a grand ceremony estimated to cost over $600 million. 

Anant, the son of Mukesh Ambani, India's richest billionaire, and Radhika, the daughter of a millionaire, spared no expense for their nuptials, which was a magnet for A-list celebrities and international dignitaries.

The wedding festivities were nothing short of extravagant, with pre-wedding events including a 90-minute performance by Rihanna and a luxurious four-day Mediterranean cruise featuring private shows by Katy Perry, Pitbull, and the Backstreet Boys. 

The ceremony itself was attended by luminaries such as India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former British Prime Ministers Boris Johnson and Tony Blair, and entertainment stars including Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Kim Kardashian, and John Cena.

The couple exchanged their vows under a white altar after Radhika made a grand entrance on a large wooden boat that moved on a track, creating a magical atmosphere praised by attendees. 

Julia Hackman Chafé, a noted TikTok star, described the ceremony as "the most beautiful ceremony I've ever had the pleasure to watch." 

Nita Ambani, the groom's mother, touched guests with a heartfelt speech on the value of daughters, adding to the emotional depth of the event.

As the celebrations unfolded, the couple reportedly amassed an estimated £100 million in wedding gifts, a testament to their high-profile connections and the grandeur of the event.
