Actress Resham slams Khalil-ur-Rehman's strategy to getting 'attention'

The actress stressed that constant criticism makes one appear unattractive

Pakistani film star Resham has expressed strong criticism towards renowned drama writer Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar, accusing him of making controversial statements about actors to gain viral attention.

This comes after a recent interview where Resham was asked about Qamar. While she was initially reluctant to discuss him, she ultimately condemned his tendency to criticize others.

Resham pointed out that Qamar should focus on his health, noting a visible decline in his well-being in recent interviews. She mentioned that his face no longer has the same vibrancy it once did, emphasizing that Qamar has changed significantly, losing the charm he once possessed.

The actress stressed that inner beauty enhances one's outer appearance, but constant criticism makes one appear unattractive.

Resham also commented on Qamar's recent derogatory remarks about actor Naumaan Ijaz, expressing her disappointment that a respected drama writer would speak ill of a legendary actor. She praised Ijaz as an outstanding actor who deserves respect and mentioned her positive experience working with him, considering him like a brother.

The actress criticided Qamar for his strategy of targeting famous actors like Mahira Khan, Saba Qamar, and Naumaan Ijaz to gain fame and go viral on social media.

In a recent private TV interview, Qamar had called Naumaan Ijaz a "despicable person," claiming he is the only person he truly hates, although he gets angry with others.

This has sparked further controversy and backlash from the entertainment industry.
