Uma Jammeh breaks Silence after leaving Love Island for Wil Anderson: couple spotted on first date
Love Island's Uma Jammeh has returned to social media, sharing her first date outside the villa with Wil Anderson. The London-born star, who left the show to be with Wil, posted a series of loved-up photos on Instagram last night.
Uma and Wil enjoyed their first date in London, looking stunning and happy. Uma, 24, donned a white ruffled skirt and cropped shirt, while Wil matched her in a white padded jacket and grey jeans. The couple took a sweet selfie in their hotel before heading into the city, with Wil captioning the photo: "Back with beautiful" accompanied by red heart emojis.
Uma, a VIP hostess and model, expressed her gratitude to fans in a heartfelt message: "Just wanted to say a major thank you to everyone. Honestly, you are all such angels. I had the most special experience ever and met amazing people that will be a part of me forever. I am honestly so full of joy right now. I love you all and thank you for everything. Hugs and kisses to everyone."
Uma has gained over 300k Instagram followers since joining Love Island. Before the show, she worked at Ballie Ballerson, a retro bar in East London, and modeled for PrettyLittleThing. She entered the villa on day three, becoming one of the first bombshells after Joey Essex.
On Tuesday, newcomer Reuben Collins chose Uma to couple up with, resulting in Wil being dumped from the villa. Uma decided to leave with him, stating she didn't want to continue the show without him. "I knew where my head and heart were at, so I wanted to be true to my feelings for him," she explained.
The couple is excited to do "normal things" outside the villa. "We can’t wait to just stay inside, have a takeaway, and go on cute dates," Uma shared. Wil wants to take Uma to Whitley Bay, his hometown, and they have discussed the possibility of him moving to London.
Wil expressed his joy, saying, "I’ve met friends for life and left with a potential wife! I feel amazing knowing she ended her journey with me; I couldn’t be happier with the outcome."
