Where's the beef? Florida man steals nearly $600 worth of meat
A Florida man is being sought by authorities for allegedly stealing nearly $600 worth of meat products from a Publix supermarket in Fort Myers.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, the man was seen at the Publix on Palm Beach Boulevard, where he reportedly stole $597.26 worth of meat on two separate occasions: June 22 and June 29.
The suspect was observed leaving the store in a 2009 Toyota Camry. Authorities have urged anyone who recognizes the man or has information about the thefts to contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-8477.
