A 22-year-old model has accused Kanye West, 47, stating that she received "inappropriate" messages from his verified Instagram account, requesting her to "hang" and "listen to his new album."

Influencer Mikaela Lafuente has criticized the controversial rapper by sharing screenshots of what she claims are direct messages sent from Kanye's verified account in March.

Mikaela, who is in a relationship with popular TikToker Bryce Hall, alleged that she discovered the "unacceptable" messages while they were going through her DMs together. Mikaela criticized Kanye, who is currently married to Bianca Censori, for his forward approach in the message.

Mikaela described the alleged DM from his account as "odd" noting that the rapper initiated the conversation with a simple message saying "Back in Cali," to which she responded with confusion: "What?" According to her, the Carnival artist then asked, "Are you in California or the states?"

Mikaela replied, "Yes, why?" In response, Kanye's Instagram account allegedly asked, "Wanted to see if you wanted to hang and listen to the new album," following his recent release of the project Vultures.

The exchange seemed to conclude with Mikaela apparently not responding to his account's last message. She later confirmed she had deleted the purported messages. It remains unclear if Kanye was the actual sender of the messages allegedly from his account.

Following the reported online exchange, Mikaela criticized the rapper, stating that she did not approve of his alleged behavior and rejected his advances. She found the interaction peculiar, noting that she and Kanye have never met in person and highlighting their significant age difference.

She told the Daily Mail, "It was funny. Bryce and I were in Vegas and I was going through my Instagram DMs and I saw this [Kayne West's message]. At first, I didn't believe it and thought it was a fake account, but it wasn't. The message was pretty odd as I had never spoken to him or seen him in person before."

Mikaela added: "I don't think it's acceptable to be messaging other women when you're married. It's not acceptable and it's something I'd stand behind forever. I've grown up with all my family being with their partners forever and this is what I want for my relationship."

The content creator also mentioned that if she were in Bianca's place, she wouldn't feel comfortable with the purported DMs, although she isn't familiar with their relationship dynamics.
