Jenn Tran, a 26-year-old physician assistant student, kicked off her journey as The Bachelorette on Monday, July 8.

The season premiere hinted at dramatic twists to come, beginning with Jenn's rejection during a proposal moment: "I can't let you propose to me," she confessed to an undisclosed admirer.

At Hummingbird Nest Ranch, Jenn expressed eagerness to meet her soulmate, proclaiming, "I'm so ready to find love and can't wait to start my journey."

The limo arrivals set the stage with Army veteran Marcus, 31, leading the charge with aspirations of love following his other life achievements.

Luxury event planner Marvin, 28, impressed Jenn with his command of French, while entrepreneur Sam N., 25, introduced himself as a "love virgin." Day trader Grant, 30, showcased his beatboxing skills, and contractor Sam M., 27, charmed Jenn with a southern flair.

Throughout the evening, surprises continued as real estate broker Brendan, 30, tackled a hot pepper, and sommelier Dakota, 27, popped champagne. Jonathan, 27, arrived in a hospital gown and bandages, advocating for inner beauty before cheekily revealing his bare backside.

As the night progressed, Jeremy arrived in a sports car, emphasizing his authenticity, while Devin, 28, made a bold declaration about meeting his future wife. Hakeem closed the arrivals with a whimsical touch, entering with balloons tied to his back and inadvertently getting caught in a tree.

After meeting all 25 suitors, Jenn addressed the group with a toast, emphasizing her desire for a genuine connection and fun in the journey ahead. The first impression rose went to Sam M., whom Jenn felt an undeniable chemistry with, describing their kiss as "feral."

The rose ceremony saw Jenn saying goodbye to seven men, narrowing down her choices for the next leg of the journey in Melbourne, Australia. The announcement left the remaining suitors intrigued and eager for what's to come.
