Big Brother host Will Best gets engaged to long-time lover Tobi Rose

Congratulations are in order for Will Best, host of Big Brother.

According to The Sun, the presenter has proposed to his girlfriend of more than ten years, stylist Tobi Rose.

For the special occasion, Will, who gained fame co-hosting T4 before taking on the Big Brother role last year, surprised Tobi with a romantic trip to Italy, where he proposed in Tuscany.

A source said: “Will and Tobi are engaged and could not be happier.”

“Naturally they are both overjoyed and can’t wait to celebrate making it down the aisle.”

“There are no plans locked in at the moment.”

“Due to both of their jobs they have a lot of celebrity pals - even if they don’t mix in so-called celebrity circles so the guest list will be impressive.”

As well as being close to his Big Brother co-host AJ Odudu, Will is also friends with the likes of Love Island host Maya Jama and comedian Matt Richardson.

Our insider continued: “Will has been in industry since 2010 so naturally has close bonds with some big names but the idea of a flashy celebrity wedding is world’s away from what he and Tobi want.

“Will is pencilled in to host two series of Big Brother next year so that blocks out a number of months when it comes to picking a date.”

Speaking about Tobi last year, Will said: “12 years ago today I met this truly one in a 7.88 billion human being... as well as being the love of my life, she’s also frighteningly true to her word.”
